Return and Refund Policy
- Lozee will gladly accept the return of items within 7 days of order delivery. We accept exchanges within 7 days of your order being received. You may exchange your item by email.
- To start an exchange by mail, please email hello@lozee.nl and include your receipt.
- All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags still attached.
- If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Please note:
- Made-to-order, custom, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We recommend sending returns with insurance and tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. The customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive the item.
